Richard is also a lifetime Tallahassee resident.
After serving in the United States Marines, Richard served as a Deputy Sheriff for the Leon County Sheriff’s Department. Upon retiring Richard opened his own process serving company. Richard has been appointed as a certified process server since 1999 and works as both a consultant and process server for us. He handles rural area services and overflow that our office often has.
